Re4/4 I at Romanshorn Re4/4I class locomotive number 10028 at Romanshorn on 27 September 1995, at the head of the 09.53 to Rorschach. This class of locomotive was introduced in 1946, and has now been withdrawn from service with SBB.
SBB RABe at Frasne Once used on international Trans Europe Express services, the RABe units, nicknamed souris grises (grey mice) saw out their last days on the Frasne to Bern service, providing connections with Paris - Lausanne TGVs. RABe1055 awaits departure from Frasne (in France) with the 10.30 service to Bern on 27 June 1999.
Class 620 at Sargans The Re 6/6 class was introduced in the 1970s for hauling heavy freights over mountainous routes. Despite the introduction of more modern locomotives, many remain in service in the 2020s. This is 620 087 passing through Sargans with an eastbound freight on 30 August 2017.
Class 450 at Oerlikon Class 450 locomotives with double-deck stock have been used on Zürich S-Bahn services since 1990. 450 043 stands at Zürich Oerlikon with the 09.34 Dietikon to Effretikon S19 service on 30 August 2017.
Class ETR610 at Genève High-speed tilting unit ETR610 010 at Genève on 1 May 2011, waiting to depart with the 13.42 Eurocity service to Milano Centrale.
