British Columbia Railways have
for many years operated a steam service during the summer along
the coastal route between Vancouver and Squamish. Known as the
"Royal Hudson", the train is pictured here at Squamish,
with former Canadian Pacific locomotive no. 2860 at the head,
on 6 June 1986. |

service from Vancouver to Toronto and Montreal is seen here at
Field, west of Banff, in the Rockies, on 9 June 1986. Four locomotives
